Two names come up over and over on this site: Dreamial 2021 Inc and Arise.
What is Dreamial 2021 Inc?
Dreamial 2021 Inc was started in 2021 by Shiffa Memon after she began working through the Arise platform herself. She wanted to create a better experience for people doing this kind of work, especially when it comes to getting started, having someone to ask questions, and getting support along the way.
Dreamial is an Independent Business Owner (IBO) based in Calgary, Alberta. We work with Arise and bring on independent contractors who want to provide customer support from home.
You aren't an employee of Dreamial. You're an independent contractor who connects to the Arise platform through us. We'll help you through the registration and certification process, get you set up, and be there if you need help.
What is Arise?
Arise is the platform that connects independent businesses with companies that need customer support. Through Arise, you can choose from available client programs, complete the required certification, and provide customer support from home.
When you register, you'll connect to Arise through Dreamial 2021 Inc using our IBO ID, 566193. We're listed as a recommended service partner on Arise, so you'll be able to select Dreamial during the registration process.
How do the two fit together?
It's pretty simple: the brand needs customer support, Arise provides the platform and client programs, and Dreamial 2021 Inc helps you get connected and supports you along the way. You'll work as an independent contractor, choosing the programs and hours that work best for you.
